Terms of use
Last updated October 10, 2026
These terms cover this website and the free scan at app.guideready.ai. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Who can use the scan
The scan is for businesses. Sign up with your work email, and only upload a guide you're authorized to share, such as your own company's partner guide.
Fair use
- Don't upload files that contain malware or active content, or try to get around the upload checks.
- Don't use automated tools to sign up or upload, or try to get around the daily limits.
- Don't try to access anyone else's report or data.
We may refuse or remove an upload, or suspend access, if these terms aren't followed.
Your guide and your report
Your guide stays yours. You let us store and process it to produce your report and, if you book a meeting, the meeting analysis, as described in the consent shown at upload and in our privacy notice. You may use and share your report within your organization.
What the report is
The scan reports facts about how a file reads to software. It's for information, to help you improve your guide. It isn't legal advice and doesn't certify compliance with any standard. AI answers shown in a meeting analysis can be wrong; that's part of what the analysis shows.
No warranty
The website and the scan are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We work to keep them available and accurate, but can't promise they'll be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, GuideReady isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or the scan. The free scan is offered without charge, and our total liability for it is limited to $100.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the website or the scan after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
