How it works
Two steps. A free scan shows what software can and can't read in your guide. If you want to see what AI actually tells your partners, we meet and walk through it.
1. The free scan
Verify your work email, upload your partner guide as a PDF, and read the report a few minutes later.
The scan reads every page the way AI tools do. It extracts the text, reads the words inside images, and looks at tables the way a standard extractor sees them. It then marks what those tools will miss or misread: words that exist only in pictures, tables that lose their labels, rules that point to other documents, deadlines that don't say which kind of day.
Each finding comes with its page and the reason it matters. Findings that come from a published standard, such as PDF/UA or the Federal Plain Language Guidelines, say so.
2. The meeting analysis
The scan shows what software can read. The meeting shows what AI says. Book 30 minutes from your report. Before we meet, we ask three AI models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google five questions about your program's rules, using your guide, and compare their answers with each other and with the guide.
The five questions cover the rules partners ask about and the rules guides usually state: things like how long a registered deal is protected, when a claim for marketing funds is due, and what each tier requires.
In the meeting we walk through where the models agree, where they differ, and where they couldn't find an answer. You get a private page with every answer and where in the guide it came from.
What happens to your guide
We keep it for up to 90 days to produce your report and to contact you about it, then move it to archived storage. Ask and we delete it; backups that contain it are removed within 60 days.
The scan uses no AI. Your guide only goes to AI models if you book a meeting, and we never share it or your report outside GuideReady. The exact terms are shown before you upload. See the privacy notice for the details.
