Privacy notice

This notice explains what GuideReady collects when you use this website and the scan at app.guideready.ai, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to hello@guideready.ai.

What we collect

• Your work email and company name, when you sign up for a scan.
• The partner guide you upload, and the scan report we make from it.
• The emails we exchange with you, including replies you send us.
• The address your request came from (IP address), kept with sign-ups to limit abuse.
• How you found us, if you arrived through a tagged link, such as one from an event.
• Website visits, counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites.

Why we use it

• To verify your email, run the scan, and show you the report.
• To contact you about your report, and about a meeting if you book one.
• To prevent abuse of the free scan.
• To see which channels bring people to the scan.

We don't sell your information, share your guide or report outside GuideReady, or use them to train AI models.

When AI is used

The scan uses no AI. If you book a meeting, we may run your guide through AI models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or others to prepare the analysis. Those providers process it under their terms for business customers.

Who processes it for us

• Railway, which hosts the app and its database.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website, checks sign-ups for bots (Turnstile), counts visits (Web Analytics), and stores our encrypted backups (R2).
• Resend, which sends and receives our email.
• Calendly, if you book a meeting.
• Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, only for meeting analyses, as described above.

How long we keep it

• Your guide: up to 90 days, then it moves to archived storage.
• Your report and our correspondence with you: kept, so we can refer back to them.
• Backups: when something is deleted, backups that contain it are removed within 60 days.

Your choices

• Ask us to delete your guide, your report, or everything we hold about you, by emailing hello@guideready.ai.
• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Stop non-essential emails with the link at the bottom of any of them.

Cookies

The app sets one cookie to keep you signed in after you verify your email, and stores how you found us in your browser for 30 days. This website sets no cookies.

Changes

If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use a guide you've already uploaded, we'll email you first.
